• Closing fee of $150.00
• Transfer tax (calculated by multiplying the sales price x .0086)
• Title Insurance Premium (please see Colonial Title Company Title Premium Calculator located on the Calculators Page of this website)
• Existing Policy "Turn-in Credit" - Colonial Title Company gives a credit for an existing Owner's Policy turned in by the seller.  We calculate your credit by original amount of the policy and the age of the policy.
